Trumbull Day Vendor Information
2019 Trumbull Day will be held the last weekend in June at Trumbull High School on Strobel Road.
Food trucks will line up for almost any food craving on Friday and Saturday! Live music will entertain the crowd, and the beer and wine tent will be open near the stage in a shared section for food, libations and vibrations.
Interested in being a food vendor? We are definitely searching for food artisans. Please contact Traci Galla at email@example.com if you would like to be one of our food vendors, and complete and submit the Food Vendor Application.
Other vendors at Trumbull Day this year include: TPAUD, Kumon, Code Ninjas, Picasso Parties, Honey Bunch Face Painting, Trumbull Memes, Xperiment Virtual Reality KCS Jewels, Wellness Works, Stress Factory, Trumbull Nature and Arts Center, CERT, Trumbull YMCA Fire Dept, Club Pilates, Discovery Museum and Sound Tigers.
A Temporary Food Permit or Itinerant License must be obtained from the Trumbull Health Department. Go to: http://www.trumbull-ct.gov/THD, “Forms & Documents” – “Food” – “Temporary Event” or “Itinerant”, to determine license requirements. You will also need the “Guidelines for Food Service at Temporary Event”. Or, you may call the Health Department at 203-452-1030. Fees associated with obtaining food permits or licenses must be paid directly to the Trumbull Health Department and are not included in the participation fee.
A Certificate of Insurance and a Food License are required to participate as a vendor. This COI must be submitted with your application. Food vendors will not be considered eligible to participate without it.

No backpacks, large bags, coolers, food or beverages are allowed. Bags are subject to inspection. Only service animals permitted.
