Trumbull Day is returning to June! First Selectman Vicki Tesoro is excited to announce that the traditional Trumbull Day is returning to the last weekend of June 2018 and will once again coincide with the Barnum Festival. “I am thrilled we can bring Trumbull Day back to the end of June as the unofficial start of the summer season,” says Tesoro.

Quick FAQs for Trumbull Day 2018:

  • There are 3 booths selling ride bracelets and tickets. They all accept credit/debit cards, but the connection can be slow. Bring CASH if you can.
  • There is one ATM, located near the Ferris Wheel.
  • Fireworks will start about 45 minutes after sunset, likely at 9:30 pm, but there is no set time.
  • You can bring folding chairs and/or blankets to watch the fireworks.
  • Beer and wine sales close at 10 pm.
  • Food truck vendors (with few exceptions) accept credit/debit cards.
  • If a child is shorter than 48 inches, an adult will need to ride with them on some rides.
  • No pets allowed (except service animals).
  • No smoking.
  • No backpacks, large bags, coolers, food or beverages are allowed. Bags are subject to inspection. Due to high heat today, patrons can bring water (in a thermos, clear bottle, etc) onto the grounds, provided it’s clearly water or another non-alcoholic drink.
