The Town of Trumbull Engineering Department is currently working on improvements to the Pequonnock River Trail.
Work will continue until the end of 2020 (weather permitting). Various sections of the road will be closed to through traffic at different times throughout this process. The Town of Trumbull will endeavor to keep disturbance to a minimum. However, your patience will be much appreciated. Construction work is anticipated to start at 7:00 AM daily. All bus stops will remain at their current locations.
The Town will post updates to this website and include the anticipated two week look ahead for the project. Dates and locations are subject to change if unforeseen factors arise. Colonna Concrete & Asphalt Paving is the contractor working for the Town on the Pequonnock River Trail Crossing.

Landscaping sides of sidewalk from Pequonnock Road to Veterans Memorial park.
Form and pour remaining concrete sidewalk and ramp at fire station’s north driveway
Pave trench along curb on White Plains Road
Clearing & grubbing, installation of drainage and curbing at the Tait Road trail parking lot
