First Selectman Vicki Tesoro is pleased to announce that the 2022 Memorial Day activities and parade will take place on Monday, May 30, 2022. Trumbull Memorial Day Parade Information: https://www.trumbull-ct.gov/638/Memorial-Day-Parade In recognition of the lives lost in Vietnam, a brief ceremony and wreath-laying will occur at 8 AM at the Vietnam Memorial on White Plains Road. The Town Hall ceremony, honoring parade Grand Marshal Captain Daniel Geraghty, who served with the CT National Guard and as an Army Ranger and now teaches at Trumbull High School, will begin at 9 AM in front of Town Hall. A wreath-laying ceremony, honoring those lives lost in other wars will also be held at Town Hall. The parade itself will step off at 10 AM, beginning at the new shopping plaza, Long Hill Market, and ending at Town Hall. Please join us in honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
