The Yarn Darlings Wednesday, May 3rd from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Bring your knitting, crocheting, needle punching, pointer felting, or any other yarn craft to work on while socializing with other crafters. All skill levels are welcome. We can’t wait to see you there. Registration is requested for the group but not required. Basic knitting and crocheting help are available upon request. 

DIY: Bubble Vases Thursday, May 4th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Feeling effervescent? Join us for a bubbly afternoon and create your very own bubble vase. Participants will cover a glass vase with air dry clay to make a one-of-a-kind vessel. Supplies are included. Registration is required for this event.

Movie Matinee at Fairchild Tuesday, May 9th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Join us for a viewing of Lamborghini. "The life story of Ferruccio Lamborghini, the founder of Lamborghini. Set against the backdrop of post-war Italy, this story mirrors the complex transformation of his homeland. From Lamborghini's modest beginnings building tractors to the infamous rivalry he shared with Enzo Ferrari, his unparalleled genius made him a true icon in the automobile industry." Join us.

Women & Money Roundtable: How to Make Sense of Today’s Financial Markets Wednesday, May 10th from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. The Women and Money Roundtable is a monthly financial literacy program designed to educate women of any age about the financial matters that affect their lives. Decoupage Wooden Box Saturday, May 6th from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Let your creativity flow and come spend the afternoon decorating a small wooden box with tissue paper and/or paints! This project is aimed at grades 3-6. Register here. 

Meet the Trumbull Bees Saturday, May 6th from 2 p.m. 3 p.m. Come to check out a frame of working bees in the Back Yard Beekeepers Association’s observation hive, taste local honey and learn about how bees communicate! Participants can touch, taste, see, smell and learn about these important pollinators and all that they make and do for us! Register here.
