The Yarn Darlings Wednesday, June 28th from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Join our new fiber arts group The Yarn Darlings! Bring your knitting, crocheting, needle punching, needle felting, or any other yarn craft to work on while socializing with other crafters. All skill levels are welcome. We can’t wait to see you there. Registration is requested for the group but not required. Basic knitting and crocheting help are available upon request.
Let’s Talk Dirty: Composting at Home Thursday, June 29th from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wondering how you can help your community become more sustainable? Practice waste diversion! Waste diversion is the process of diverting and redirecting waste from landfills. At this program you will learn the basics of composting at home to reduce the amount of garbage your household produces on a weekly basis. Presented in partnership with Sustainable Trumbull. The presentation will be hosted by Sustainable Trumbull member and local composter April Lang. Join us!
