Adult Programming 

The Yarn Darlings Wednesday, September 20th from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Join our fiber arts group Bring your knitting, crocheting, needle punching, needle felting, or any other yarn craft to work on while socializing with other crafters. All skill levels are welcome. Registration is requested for the group but not required. 

Phiction Writing II Thursday, September 21st from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. A picture is worth 1,000 words. Participants will be inspired by black and white photographs to write fiction stories each week. Try writing stories from different points of view and explore genres including suspense, historical fiction, monologues and more in this unique eight-week fiction writing program created by author and writing teacher, Kim Kovach. Registration required.

DIY: Embroidery Hoop Pumpkin Friday, September 22nd from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. We can't wait to see you here! Join us for a fun afternoon where you will make a fall decoration. Participants will use fabric, an embroidery hoop, fall leaves, and ribbon to create her or his own pumpkin. All supplies are included for this event though participants are welcome to bring their own fabric to customize their hoop. Registration is required for this event.

Ripped from the Headlines!! Local Author Event Wednesday, September 27th from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Shocking! Sensational! Jaw dropping! Authors Deborah Levison, Wendy Whitman, T. M. Dunn, and Wendy Walker have outdone themselves. Inspired by shocking headlines that grip the nation, their books are masterfully crafted page turning thrillers full of twisted secrets. Join us for a lively moderated panel discussion and learn the secrets of these great writers! Register here.

Toddler Time for 2s and 3s Monday, September 18th from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Toddler time is now drop in! Join Ms. Chelsie in person for stories, songs, and dances. Ages 2-3. 

Pajama Storytime Monday, September 18th from 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Put on your PJs, bring your favorite stuffed animal, and join Miss Elise for story time and a simple craft! Ages 3-6. Registration is required.

Children’s DIY Tic Tac Toe Tuesday, September 19th from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Design your own tic tac board with wooden circles, stamps, and markers! After, you'll be able to take it anywhere for a fun game of tic tac toe on the go. All materials provided. Registration is required.

Recognizing Red, Yellow, and Green Flags in Relationships for Teens Wednesday, September 27th from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. In any relationship or friendship, challenges may occur. What are some red flags (signaling warning signs of unhealthy relationships), yellow flags (signaling caution), and green flags (signaling healthy rapport)? Come and learn warning signs of unhealthy relationships, caution signs, as well as the hallmarks of healthy relationships and friendships. This program is open to all tweens, teens, and their family members. Registration is not required but suggested for an email reminder. 

Girls Who Code Thursday, September 21st from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Girls Who Code is a national non-profit organization working to close the gender gap in technology. Our 3rd-5th Grade Clubs help build the foundational skills and understanding of computer science concepts and sisterhood through a reading discussion and related activities. No prior coding knowledge or experience is needed! Space is limited. Registration is required. Register once for the entire session.

Fall Craft Night Monday, September 25th from 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Celebrate the arrival of Fall with a fun evening of crafts! Ages 3-6. Registration is required.

Pirate Party Saturday, September 23rd from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Arrr, me hearties! All hands-on deck! Join us as we celebrate Talk Like a Pirate Day! Come make yerself a pirate hat, make some pirate crafts, and hunt for hidden booty. The adventure is open to all pirates ages 5 and up. Registration is required.
