Sustainable Trumbull Presents: From Invasive to Native: A Backyard Restoration Monday, March 18th from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. In this presentation, Trumbull resident, Pam Roman is going to illustrate how she removed invasive shrubs and vines to create a native pollinator-friendly garden. How can such a daunting, seemingly hopeless task become reality? Learn how Pam did this on her own property, day-by-day, month-by-month, over a period of 3 years. Join us.

SCORE: Financial Planning for Your Small Business Thursday, March 21st from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Presented by Matthew Krieger. Mr. Krieger is a technologist and executive with experience in IT, manufacturing and nonprofit. He is President of Cober, Inc. and previously held senior IT leadership positions at Time and Reader’s Digest. Registration is not required for this event.

Using Stone in Your Garden Saturday, March 23rd from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Spring is right around the corner, is it time for a backyard upgrade? From steps and paths, benches, seats, ponds, patios to mosaics, follies and other whimsies this richly illustrated talk presents numerous ways to create a sense of structure and drama in the garden. Stone artisan Andrew Pighills will explore the myriad ways in which stone plays a part in the garden, how it defines garden areas, or paths, walkways, and patios, and more, and which material is most suitable to creating contrast or harmony. Register here.

Toddler Time for 2s and 3s Monday, March 18th from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Toddler time is now drop in! Join Ms. Chelsie in person for stories, songs, and dances. Ages 2-3.

Children’s Lucky Gnome Heads Tuesday, March 19th from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Trace your hand and make a cute gnome head out of paper with Miss Katie! This craft is for grades1-3. Children will be using scissors. Register here.

Stuck in the Middle (Grade): Book Club Wednesday, March 20th from 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. This month we are reading The Ranger's Apprentice: The Ruins of Gorlon by John Flanigan. The first ten to register can check out a copy from the children's department. Additional participants may join but will be responsible for securing their own copy of the book. This program is for teens in grades 6th - 8th. Register here.

Things That Fly Craft Night Monday, 25th from 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Join Miss Elise for crafts inspired by things that fly! Ages 3-6. Registration is required.

Storytime 2s & 3s Tuesday, March 19th from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Come join us for story time! We will have a little bit of stories and a show stopping craft. Registration required. Ages 2-3.

Total Solar Eclipse 2024 Wednesday, March 20th from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Join us for a special presentation by one of NASA Solar System Ambassadors, Andy Poniros. During this presentation will learn about the upcoming Total Solar Eclipse on Monday, April 8. The safety precautions that are needed and why it's important for scientists to observe this event. Registration is required, ages 12 and up.

Random Adult Book Club Monday, March 25th from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Come join us for a book club that is exactly that.  "Hot Book" fiction, thrillers, mysteries, memoirs, sci-fi, non-fiction, chick lit...
