Creating Yourself in Retirement: The Emotional Aspect Tuesday, April 30th from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. For retirees and soon-to-be-retirees, this presentation showcases various options for enhancing the quality of life in retirement. Retirement is a time of enormous change that promises great rewards but also has the potential for emotional dangers including boredom, anxiety and depression. The Yarn Darlings Wednesday, May 1st from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Join our fiber arts group The Yarn Darlings! We will meet every other Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Bring your knitting, crocheting, needle punching, needle felting, or any other yarn craft to work on while socializing with other crafters. All skill levels are welcome. We can’t wait to see you there. Registration is requested for the group but not required.

Rails to Back Trails: Trumbull Bike Tour Sunday, May 19th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Local Trumbull Historian Sue Del Bianco will take cyclists back in time to when train was king in the Trumbull Valley. Sue will be stopping off at many historical points-of-interest along the rail-trail: a cow tunnel, site of a train wreck, remains of an amusement park, a mill, a mining company, two train stations, and a reputed witch's gravesite. Popping Pattern Bunnies Saturday, April 27th from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Use lines of design to create a unique black and white bunny on top of a colorful background! This craft is for grades 3-6/ages 8-12. Register here.

Toddler Time for 2s and 3s Monday, April 29nd from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Toddler time is now drop in! Join Ms. Chelsie in person for stories, songs, and dances. Ages 2-3.

Chess Club Thursday, May 2nd from 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. All ages and skill levels are invited to play. Please bring a chess board if you own one. Registration is requested but not required.

Mini Artists Friday, May 3rd from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. A creative and messy art class where we focus on the process rather than the finished product. Ages 3-5. Registration is required. Please only register for the amount of little ones participating, not the adult!

Mother's Day Craft Night Wednesday, May 8th from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Get ready for Mother's Day with different stations to make the perfect gift for mom! We will be making cards and bouquets of flowers out of pipe cleaners and paper. Registration is required.

Preschool Mother’s Day Craft Friday, May 10th from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Join Miss Katie to make a "Bluey" themed Mother's Day card! Registration is required. Storytime 2's and 3's Tuesday, April 30th from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Come join us for story time! We will have a little bit of stories and a show stopping craft. Registration required. Ages 2-3

Internet Security Wednesday, May 1st from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Learn about VPN and Multifactor Authentication, and why enhances your levels of protection and reduces the chances of being hacked. Additionally, we will delve into the fundamentals of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), clarifying their purpose and usage. Registration required, adults and teens are welcome.

D&D Club – Daggerheart Wednesday, May 15th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. In this month’s D&D Club, players will get to experience the new fantasy tabletop roleplaying game from Darrington Press and the creators of Critical Role: DAGGERHEART! Play as a Ribbet Rogue, a Katari Ranger or an Elf Sorcerer as you explore this vibrant world of brave heroics! Daggerheart is currently in beta testing which means you’ll get to try a new tabletop roleplaying game before it’s even been published! Open to ages 12 to 18. Registration is required.
