I moved here from another town in Connecticut, how do I get my parking permit?

You can bring documentation and the Trumbull Parks and Recreation Department will change your registration and your license and submit it to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for you! Once you have submitted the necessary documentation you will be issued a parking sticker for your vehicle.
