Trivia Nights: Baseball Tuesday, July 30th from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Summer is a time for America's pastime and so come join us for some fun BASEBALL TRIVIA... all-original trivia questions spanning old time baseball nostalgia, greats like Mickey Mantle and Jackie Robinson and many more, you’re sure to enjoy...  And we all know Babe Ruth was the Home Run King, but let's see who the King or Queen of baseball trivia is! Register here.

Passport Services Wednesday, July 24th from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. We are happy to partner with the Ferguson Library’s U.S. Passport Center to host passport clinics at Trumbull Library. Their team will Process U.S. passport applications; Guide those that are processing renewals for adults; Take passport photo; Provide all forms; Make copies of all documents; Credit card and cash processing. Please be aware that the payment to The U.S. Department of State for the passport book or card, must be made with a check or money order. The payment for processing and pictures, that is made to the Ferguson Library, can only be paid cash, debit or credit card. Toddler Time for 2s & 3s Monday, July 29th from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Toddler time is now drop in! Join Ms. Chelsie in person for stories, songs, and dances. Ages 2-3. 

Baby Time Tuesday, July 30th from 11 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. Ages birth to 2. Listen to a story, sing songs, and perform fingerplays. Registration is not required.

Preschool Time Thursday, August 1st from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Ages 3-5. Join Miss Katie for storytime! Listen to stories and complete a simple craft. Registration is not required.

Harry Potter Trivia Night Wednesday, July 31st from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Celebrate Harry Potter's birthday by joining us for a night of trivia! Ages 8-12/grades 3-6. Registration is required. 

Chess Club Thursday, August 1st from 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. All ages and skill levels are invited to play. Please bring a chess board if you own one. Registration is requested but not required.

Fantasy Map Making Friday, August 2nd from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Design your own fantasy map for your next D&D game or frame it to hang up on your wall. We will be using rice to generate a random outline for your design and legend icons will be provided. For teens ages 12 -17. 
Registration required.

Create Your Own Superhero! Friday, August 9th from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. This program showcases the art of drawing superheroes. Students are introduced to techniques for making their own superhero character, including determining their superhero powers, costume, and their unique story. The students will also be using a "Superhero Planning Sheet" to assist them in creating their character. Ages 13-17. Registration required.

Animal Tsum Tsums Monday, August 12th from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Teens ages 12-17 will get to make their very own Tsum Tsum animal! Participants will use a white sock as their base to create any animal they desire - a cat, dog, rabbit, etc. - then will design their Tsum Tsum using provided fabric markers. Supplies are limited so registration is required.

Let's Bubble Poppin' Boogie! Saturday, August 3rd from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Get ready to pop some bubbles and boogie at this Children's Music and Story Time event with Joy Blooms!  Joy will encourage music and movement with her catchy and interactive songs and present a reading of "Curly's Fun With Bubbles" by Sherry Boddie. Ages 2 and up, registration required.

Random Adult Book Club Monday, August 5th from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Come join us for a book club that is exactly that.  "Hot Book" fiction, thrillers, mysteries, memoirs, sci-fi, non-fiction, chick lit... You never know what genre we will explore or rabbit hole we'll go down! The book selection for this month is: Golden Girl by Elin Hilderbrand. Register here.
