Take your fitness to the next level with this fun and challenging outdoor exercise program that is appropriate for all ability levels! Class is held year-round on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. During the warmer months class meets at Twin Brooks Park. In the fall this program meets at The Barn at Indian Ledge Park.
Our water fitness class are great for all fitness levels. We offer both shallow and deep water fitness at Hillcrest Pool. Not a swimmer? That's okay! Swimmers and non-swimmers alike use an aqua-belt in the water to help make the most of this 60 minute fitness class.
Our Karate classes are geared towards adults, families, and those with special needs. Karate classes meet at The Barn at Indian Ledge Park.

We are proud to partner with FIT4MOM is the summer months to offer fitness opportunities for parents and their young children. Classes include Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre. More information is available in our Spring/Summer Program Guide.
Trumbull Parks and Recreation is pleased to announce that we have opened our outdoor pools this summer on July 6th! Due to the strict health and safety protocols in place, residents must register in advance for a 2-hour swim session and will be required to follow additional pool rules. Residents who do not register in advance for a swim session will not be allowed into the pool area. EVERY person must be on the reservation, including infants, nannies and guests.
