Rails to Trails is now fully open in Trumbull after cleanup of storm debris. The trails at Twin Brooks Park have also been cleared and are open.
Beach Memorial Pool has reopened.
However, the Vietnam Memorial on White Plains Road is still closed. Crews are expected to begin cleanup work there next week.
