All children who are between the ages of 5 and 11 years old are now eligible to receive the COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine. The Trumbull Health Department is now taking appointments for children 5-11 for the Pfizer vaccine

Please bring parent/guardian ID and insurance card. Only one parent/guardian and child/children being vaccinated allowed entrance.
