The upper and lower parking decks of Target were closed this afternoon, Sunday, February 13, 2022. A piece of concrete fell through to the lower parking lot. As a precaution until engineers can evaluate the situation, the area was closed. Nothing in the mall was closed. Announcements were made to mall patrons who parked in the parking deck to move their cars.
