Spots are still available for the Pfizer & Moderna vaccination clinics at the Trumbull Health Department!
Please see dates and times for each vaccination brand.
- Pfizer: Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 3-7pm
- Moderna: Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 3-7pm
- Moderna: Friday, February 25, 2022 from 10-2pm
- Location: 335 White Plains Road
- Remain in your car until you appointment time, if you arrive early you will be asked to return to your car
- Only the person being vaccinated will be allowed into the building
- If the person being vaccinated is 18 or under, then ONE parent/guardian MUST accompany them
- Additional parking available behind the health department
- Please bring your license, insurance card, and vaccination card
