The Trumbull Babe Ruth 14U baseball team won the Connecticut State Championship and the New England Regional Tournament and is headed for the Babe Ruth World Series in Fredericksburg, VA! Congratulations to the team!
Here's the schedule for the first 4 games:
- Saturday, August 5 at 3:30 pm vs Australia
- Sunday, August 6 at 3:30 pm vs West Virginia
- Tuesday, August 8 at 8:00 am vs Virginia
- Wednesday, August 9 at 6:00 pm vs Washington
All games will be live streamed beginning August 5 by Jock Jive Sports Network. Anyone interested in watching the games will need to subscribe to the World Series on http://www.jockjive.com/ at a price of $30 to stream all 41 games. The subscription fee does not benefit the Town of Trumbull or the Babe Ruth team.
