PRIMARY ENROLLMENT SESSION – PRESIDENTIAL PREFERENCE PRIMARY (Democrat and Republican Primary).
The Registrars’ of Voters office will be open on March 15, 2024 from 9:00 am – to 2:00 pm for the purpose of registration and/or enrollment of electors entitled to vote in presidential preference primary.
Voter information:
- If you are 17 years of age, and will be 18 on or before Election Day, you are eligible to register and vote in the April Primary.
- When switching from one party to another, there is a 3-month waiting period to gain new party privilege.
- To change party affiliation, you must fill out a new voter registration card indicating you wish to do so, and what your new party is. This can be done in person at the Registrar of Voters Office OR online at myvote.ct.gov
- The Republican and Democratic Primaries will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Early Voting will be held at Trumbull Town Hall on March 26, 27, 28, 30 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
