Storm (JPG)

The State of Connecticut asks residents and small businesses who experienced damages during the August 18,2024 severe rain event to complete a brief survey. The survey aims to help emergency management officials identify and understand damages that occurred; this is an information gathering survey only.  The information you report will be used to determine if the State of Connecticut is eligible for any post-disaster programs through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and/or the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Please note that by submitting this survey, you are not submitting a claim or requesting assistance.  Any questions please call (203) 261-3665 x3264
