The Trumbull Building Department has cleared the upper-level Target parking deck to re-open. The parking deck will be fully available on both the upper and lower levels beginning tomorrow, Thursday 9/26/2024. Some final touches and some small construction by the Door 1 entrance need completion but this work will not hinder the opening.
