You can no longer register to vote online or by mail. The deadline for registering to vote online or by mail was October 18, 2024. If you registered to vote online or by mail after that date, your registration is not valid. 

You can register to vote IN PERSON during the early voting period from October 21 through November 3 and on Election Day, November 5. You may register at the Trumbull Library Community Room, 33 Quality Street, during the early voting period, which is daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on October 27, 28, 30, and November 1-3, and from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on October 29 and 31.

You can request an absentee ballot between October 4, 2024 and November 4, 2024 at the Town Clerk’s Office between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. To ensure your ballot is received on time, you should apply and submit your ballot in person rather than by mail. Absentee ballots must be returned to the Town Clerk’s Office or placed in the absentee ballot box outside Town Hall by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 5.
