The Town of Trumbull has finalized the Market Feasibility and Land Use Study for the Trumbull Mall Area that extends from the Merritt Parkway to the Bridgeport line, and from Madison Avenue to Main Street. A community meeting presenting the final study recommendations will be held at Trumbull Town Hall Council Chambers (5866 Main Street) from 6:30p.m. to 8:30p.m. on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
This effort has created a shared vision reflective of what the community wants and what the market can support. The study’s final report includes research, market opportunities, suggested regulatory revision, infrastructure improvements, and other recommendations that impact the area’s success and vibrancy.
