The Connecticut Metropolitan Council of Governments (MetroCOG) is developing a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP) to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve public health, and enhance climate resilience in Southwest Connecticut. This plan builds on the Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP) and focuses on real-world strategies that local municipalities, businesses, and individuals could implement.
