5/30/2025: The Long Hill Green Improvement Project is under construction as of this week and will continue into early summer. Please proceed through the area with caution. The construction is not anticipated to disrupt roadway access.
The improvements include regrading of the green to improve usability, tree plantings as part of the 1,000 Trees for Trumbull program, other landscape plantings, installation of new walkways, the addition of benches, and welcome signage demarcating the Long Hill Green area. The project is being paid for through a combination of grants and local funding.
