The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on the Commuter Lot at Penny Avenue. This project is scheduled to occur on Sunday, November 2 and be completed on Wednesday November 5, 2025. The work will be performed from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Sunday night to Wednesday morning.
Motorists can expect closure of the Commuter Lot at Penny Avenue. Variable message sign boards will be posted at the commuter lot site at least 72 hours before the closure of the lot. Modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
