Dear Members,
We want to make you aware of a temporary heating issue at the Senior Center. Room Studio 108 (art room) currently has heat, however the rest of the building does not have heat and is registering between 60–65°F.
Book club and today’s lecture will take place in Studio 108, where heat is available. Exercise classes will remain in the gym, and members are welcome to participate if they feel comfortable with the temperature. Our lunch program will be open in the dining room. If you need to make a last-minute cancellation or cannot attend, no problem today — we understand.
Due to last week’s heavy rain, our boiler was flooded, and the motor is being replaced today. We expect to have more information by this afternoon and are hopeful the system will be fully restored soon.
