Starting Monday, January 20, 2020, the contractor will be detouring the section of Strobel Road from Booth Hill To Gray Rock until the tree removal is complete. They will look to work within the window of 8:30am to 2:00pm to avoid conflicts with the schools.
The tree removal will be in the vicinity of the Pinewood Trail intersection and in front of 269 Strobel Road. We have been informed these trees will require the use of a crane and therefore will obstruct the majority of the road, potentially causing an issue for emergency vehicles and buses to pass quickly.
The contractor will try to work within the given window and allow vehicles to pass but it should be known that access through this area may be limited while work is occurring.
