The Town of Trumbull will be hosting a Business Recovery and Reopening Town Hall Meeting live on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 3:00 PM. First Selectman Tesoro will be joined by Rina Bakalar, Director of Economic and Community Development, Rob Librandi, Town Planner, Patrick Madden, VP of URW-Westfield Trumbull, Dan Onofrio, President and CEO of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council and Trumbull Chamber of Commerce, Megan Murphy, Fire Marshal, Michael Lombardo, Chief of Police, and Lucienne Bango, Health Director.

“During this difficult and unprecedented time, it is critical to communicate information to residents and businesses regularly and through a variety of forums.  We want to be sure that residents understand the reopening guidelines and protective measures being put in place, and are ready to follow them,” stated First Selectman Tesoro. 

Reopening guidance and resources for business recovery will be discussed. Other topics to be discussed include an overview of the reopening of Westfield Trumbull Mall and regional efforts to support businesses and employees. The expansion of outdoor dining and outdoor retail will also be explained.
