7/2/2021, 3:00 PM Update

As you know Trumbull Day is scheduled for today from 6:30 PM-10:30 PM and tomorrow from 2 PM - 10:30 PM with fireworks after dark tomorrow, at around 9 PM.

The forecast this evening is for intermittent showers. We are going to open Trumbull Day on time at 6:30 PM this evening.

There are plenty of tented seats for dinner. Dress for the weather, at least it’s a cool evening.  Please come and enjoy the festivities!

We will announce by 11 AM tomorrow the status of the carnival and fireworks scheduled for tomorrow afternoon and evening.

We are monitoring the weather forecast as it impacts Trumbull Day, which is scheduled for Friday, July 2, 2021 from 6:30-10:30pm and Saturday, July 3 from 2-10:30pm with fireworks after dark (at around 9pm) on Saturday night.

We will post a notice on the Town website and social media by 3:00 pm Friday regarding whether Trumbull Day will be held on Friday, and we will post a notice on Saturday by 11:00 am regarding whether Trumbull Day and the fireworks will be held on Saturday.

  • Carnival Rain Date is on Sunday, July 4, 2021 from 2:00 to Close (only if Friday or Saturday are cancelled).
  • Fireworks Rain Date is on Saturday, July 10th (if the fireworks are cancelled on Saturday, July 3).
