The Trumbull Health Department will be offering the Moderna booster (to anyone 18 and over) on the following dates:

  • Thursday, April 28
  • Tuesday, May 3
  • Thursday, May 5, 2022

Supplies are limited. Please call 203 638-5230 to make your appointment.
