G. Pic & Sons Construction Co. is mobilizing on Monday, April 15, 2024, to begin the Whitney Avenue and Main Street Intersection Improvement project.
The project includes construction of the new traffic signal, continuation of the sidewalk along the east side of Main Street to Broadway, realignment of the driveways adjacent to the intersection, and other improvements.
The anticipated completion is December of 2024. At this time, the road will remain open, but delays may occur at peak hours.
