The Town of Trumbull extends its deepest sympathies to the family of Bill Gerber, the First Selectman of Fairfield, CT, who passed away yesterday. First Selectman Gerber was a dedicated public servant, loving husband, and father. He was given a vote of confidence by the people of Fairfield in 2023 when they elected him as First Selectman. His passing saddens all of us.
