We would like to invite you to participate in our High Blood Pressure Workshop. This is a six week workshop meeting once a week on Wednesday evenings. This program is available for any Town of Trumbull resident or Town Employees who are living with high blood pressure and their partner.
During this program you will learn how to better manage high blood pressure. You will gain skills to control your blood pressure, learn the differences between normal vs. high blood pressure, healthy eating habits and much more. At the end of the six week workshop you will receive a home monitoring blood pressure system and be taught how to use it.
