Due to recent Major Disaster Declarations in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut's Public Assistance Declaration, the Small Business Administration (SBA) has released the following loan programs:
- Economic Injury Loan Program, for businesses only: New London, Tolland and Windham County.

- Economic Injury and Physical disaster, for Eligible Non-profits only: Fairfield, New London and Middlesex County.
