HUNTINGTON ROAD SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION

    
    

The Town of Trumbull’s Water Pollution Control Authority will be working in
    
conjunction with the State Department of Transportation and the Town of
    
Stratford on an extensive reconstruction of Huntington Road. The State
    
Project No. 138-215 will include curbing, storm drainage installation and
    landscaping.

    

Prior to the roadway improvements the Trumbull W.P.C.A. will be installing
    
5,800 linear feet of sanitary sewers including manholes, main line and lateral
    
connections. The project will begin north of Hawley Lane and the Merritt
    Parkway overpass and continue to Garnet Place.

    

Huntington Road will be closed to thru-traffic during the morning and
    
afternoon, beginning at 8:15 a.m. and ending at 4:30 p.m. The sanitary sewer
    construction is scheduled to continue for approximately eight weeks.
