On Tuesday, January 20, 2009 Barack Obama was sworn in as the 44th President of the United States of America. Joseph Biden was sworn in as the nation's 47th Vice President.
Trumbull is honored to be represented by the Trumbull High School Golden Eagle Marching Band. The Trumbull High School Golden Eagle Marching Band was one of the few high school bands in the country to be marching down Pennsylvania Avenue in the 56th Inaugural Parade.
