Wireless Printing & Faxing
Wireless Printing
The Trumbull Library now offers wireless printing at both of its locations. You can submit your print jobs from your personal devices from home or inside the library by visiting our online Print Center. You must then go to a Print Release Station, located at both branches, to pay for and release your print jobs.
Black & White: 15¢ per page
Color: 50¢ per page
Accepted forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and cash*
*If you need to pay with cash, please visit the Information Desk (Main Branch) or the Circulation Desk (Fairchild Nichols Memorial Branch) for assistance.
- You can submit your print job from home or inside the library. Visit our online Print Center to upload your document.
- Enter your library card number or a guest name. This is what you will type into the Print Release Station to print your document. You can enter anything as your guest name.
- Optional: Enter your email address and/or cell phone number to receive confirmation that your print job was received.
- Click Select Files to upload your document. You may upload several at once.
- Confirm the selected options are correct: number of copies, color or grayscale, one or two sided, layout, and page range.
- Click submit. Your print job will remain in the queue for 24 hours before it is automatically deleted. You will not be charged until you release your job at a Print Release Station.
- Visit the Print Release Station at either library branch. Enter your library card number or guest name to bring up your print jobs and select which to print. Tap your card, insert the chip, or use mobile pay to complete the transaction.
- If you need to pay with cash, visit the Information Desk (Main Branch) or the Circulation Desk (Fairchild Nichols Memorial Branch).
- Download the free app to your phone: ePRINTit SaaS from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Choose what you want to print.
- Confirm the selected options are correct: number of copies, page range, color or grayscale, layout, and one or two sided.

- Forward your e-mail to bw-trumbulllibrary@eprintitsaas.com (for black & white) or color-trumbulllibrary@eprintitsaas.com (for color).
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a Release Code and a list of files submitted.
- Visit the Print Release Station at either library branch. Use the Release Code to pull up your print jobs. Your email and any attachments will be listed separately. Select which jobs to print.
- Tap your card, insert the chip, or use mobile pay to complete the transaction.
- If you need to pay with cash, visit the Information Desk (Main Branch) or the Circulation Desk (Fairchild Nichols Memorial Branch).
Scan Station
The Trumbull Library has a new Scan Station located downstairs behind the Information Desk at the Main Branch and on the first floor of the Fairchild Nichols Memorial Branch. There are several scanning options available including scan-to-email, scan-to-copy, scan-to-fax, and more. Both branches have a High Speed Dual Sided Scanner. There is also a flatbed scanner available at the Main Branch.
Faxing to the U.S. & Canada: $1.00 per page
Faxing Internationally: $2.00 per page
- Press Touch to Start and select a scanner or Cloud/USB . Both branches have a High Speed Dual Sided Scanner that accepts multiple pages at a time. There is also a flatbed scanner available at the Main Branch.
- Press Scan-to-Fax.
- Select the correct Fax Settings: U.S. and Canada or International, Cover Page or No Cover Page, No Confirmation or Email Confirmation.
- If you select Cover Page, the next screen will prompt you to fill out the information needed. Enter your email address in the Email field to receive a fax confirmation. There is no charge for adding a cover page.
- Place your document in the scanner face down. Press Scan Front Side or Scan Both Sides. Confirm all your pages have been scanned before pressing Next.
- Enter the fax number and press Next.
- Pay for your fax. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Cash cannot be used to pay for faxing.
- Choose between Scan More and I'm Done.

Scanning is free. You will only be charged if you need to print or fax your scan.
