The Town Council is meeting Monday night, August 3, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. via Zoom to discuss and vote on the 2020 Trumbull Redistricting Committee Final Report, which recommends changing from four to seven voting districts. The public is invited to attend the meeting and provide input to the Town Council during the public hearing on this resolution.
When the Town Council formed the 2020 Redistricting Committee in February, it charged the committee with recommending to the Council a redistricting plan comprising voting districts of substantially equal population, including the specific boundary lines of each of those districts. A virtual informational public hearing on this proposal was held on Saturday, July 25, 2020.
The final plan can be found on the town website at https://www.trumbull-ct.gov/728/2020-Trumbull-Redistricting-Committee .
