THE JULY INSTALLMENT OF PROPERTY TAXES IS DUE JULY 1, 2025
The July installment of property taxes on the Grand List of 2024 is due and payable on July 1, 2025. If payment is not made by August 1, 2025, the installment will become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1 ½% per month from the installment due date. Minimum interest charge is $2.00.
THE JULY INSTALLMENT OF SEWER ASSESSMENT BILLING IS DUE JULY 1, 2025
The July installment of the Sewer Assessment billing is due and payable on July 1, 2025. If payment is not made by August 1, 2025, the installment will become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1-1/2% per month from the installment due date. Minimum interest charge is $5.00. Sewer assessments are not available to view or pay online.
Failure to receive your bill does not exempt you from payment of tax or penalty. Taxes may be paid by mail or online. The postmark will be used to determine if a payment was made on time. Be sure that your check is made out correctly, or it will be returned. Payments may also be made at the office of the Tax Collector in the Town Hall, Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Sewer Assessment payments may be made at the Tax Collector’s office or by mail only.
