Youth Volunteering
The Teen volunteer program is open to middle and high school students who have a desire to volunteer their time and considerable energy to helping out the Trumbull Library System. Teens ages 12 - 18 may join the Teen Advisory Group (TAG) in order to earn hours. Unfortunately, on-going/weekly volunteer services are not currently available. We are currently no longer taking applications. Check back in the future for new opportunities.
Teen Advisory Group
Meets once a month on a Friday from 4:00pm - 4:45pm, check the Teen calendar for each month’s specific date. Volunteers get an hour of service for each meeting. By signing up for the TAG you will also receive emails whenever additional help is needed during special programs at the library, assisting during summer reading in the children’s department, or other special projects and slots will be filled on a first response basis.
