The Trumbull Library Board of Trustees is an appointed Board. All appointments are made in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the Town of Trumbull governing minority representations on Boards and Commissions. Among the responsibilities of the Board is to determine and adopt written policies which govern the operations of the Library.
