Recycling Blue Bins may be purchased at the Highway Department for $15, exact cash only accepted. The Highway Department is located at 366 Church Hill Road and is open between the hours of 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. For more information, telephone the Highway Department at 203-452-5070 or 203-452-5071.
