Single Stream Recycling and Curbside Bins

The Town of Trumbull is a single stream recycler. All recyclables may be brought to the Transfer Station. Place all residential recyclables over a green wall next to the main building marked "Single Stream Recycling."

Recycling Blue Bins may be purchased at the Highway Department for $15, exact cash only accepted. The Highway Department is located at 366 Church Hill Road and is open between the hours of 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. For more information, telephone the Highway Department at 203-452-5070 or 203-452-5071.

Additionally, residents may contract privately with local haulers for curbside collection of MSW and recycling. For a full list of local haulers, click here: https://www.trumbull-ct.gov/DocumentCenter/View/1018/Licensed-Waste-Haulers-PDF
